Good to know
- Hot water extraction only. Professional hot water extraction (sometimes called steam cleaning), with child- and pet-safe Prochem chemistry.
- Drying: Typical drying times: Carpets 2-4 hours. Upholstery 4-8 hours depending on fabric and room conditions.
- Payment: Stripe (deposits), Card on-site (SumUp/Zettle), and Bank Transfer. No cheques.
- Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations under 48 hours.
- Materials we don't clean: silk, viscose, velvet. We politely decline these on the quote.
